A Georgia gent is in a spot of bother after cops say he watched porn last week at a Louisiana Walmart while simultaneously making work for his idle hands.
Alexander Pearce was arrested on Friday afternoon shortly after allegedly pleasuring himself while viewing explicit material on a laptop in the electronics department of a Walmart in West Monroe.
The 28-year-old was captured on store surveillance video “hunched over a laptop with his hands in his pants,” according to an arrest report obtained by The Smoking Gun.
What is more, Pearce – a denizen of Sharpsburg in the Peach State, according to court records – had been barred from the retailer since July, when he was busted for shoplifting.
When an officer caught up with him outside, Pearce claimed he had been “watching music videos” on the laptop, not pornography.
However, upon further quizzing, the suspect allegedly admitted to viewing “pictures” on the device.
More worryingly, despite denying masturbating in the store, Pearce felt compelled to explain to police that he “probably” still had ejaculate “on his hands from 4 hours prior,” according to the arrest report.
Whatever the state of the suspect’s hands, the stickiness of his predicament is clear.
Pearce was charged with obscenity and trespass and booked into the local jail. His bond has been set at $5200.
