A driver is in a pickle after allegedly doing way more than necessary to raise toll gates on a Florida expressway.
Mark Fillyaw, 41, is accused of exposing himself and masturbating for the doubtful benefit of a number of toll collectors during a recent one-week spree in Osceola County.
He was arrested Saturday and charged in connection with the sick campaign that allegedly started on August 31.
Fillyaw exposed himself seven times, treating workers manning the cash lanes at three different toll plazas to unsolicited views, according to an arrest report obtained by The Smoking Gun.
The traumatized toll collectors told Florida Highway Patrol detectives that they saw the suspect pull up at their booths with “no clothes on,” “exposing his intimate parts” and “touching his penis masturbating.”
Fillyaw – or should that be Filly’all? – was identified by his individual victims “through a photo comparison,” the report states.
He was arrested at his Saint Cloud residence and booked into the Osceola County Jail on multiple charges of indecent exposure.
A judge issued a commitment order for Fillyaw Sunday, although jail records show that he is no longer in custody, The Smoking Gun reported.
His bond was set at $12,500, according to Positively Osceola.
