Drunk masturbating in the parking lot of a Miami supermarket quit beating himself and instead turned his hands on an elderly man who had asked him to pack it in. He now faces a range of charges.

The 39-year-old suspect, identified as Kerry Vandergriff, was allegedly seen masturbating with his pants down outside the Fresco y Mas on SW 8th St, on Saturday, 23 November at around 5:30 p.m, according to CBS Miami’s report.
An elderly man approached Vandergriff and asked him to stop what he was doing. However, Vandergriff did not welcome the unsolicited advice and began punching the man repeatedly, according to the arrest report. The attack carried on even after the victim had fallen to the ground.
Police responding to the battery call reported that Vandergriff reeked of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes. His speech was also slurred, and he was unable to walk in a straight line.
After his arrest, Vandergriff was transported to Kendall Regional Hospital, where he continued to masturbate in front of officers and medical staff. He was later taken to Turner Guilford Correctional Center, where he faces a range of charges, including battery on a person 65 or older, indecent exposure and disorderly intoxication.
