Monica Ann Bradford, 35, was arrested on Sunday after she allegedly pointed a loaded gun at a 7-year-old trick-or-treater outside her home.
Deputies responded to a residential street in Buda, a suburb of Austin, following reports of a disturbance at around 7:20 p.m, the Hays County Sheriff’s Office said.
A woman later identified as Bradford was seen yelling at a group of children in costumes standing by her residence.
She then allegedly went outside to confront the pint-sized revelers with a loaded gun, which she pointed at a 7-year-old child.
Bradford was arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a felony.
She was booked into the Hays County Jail, where she is being held on a $10,000 bond, local station KXAN reported.
