Twin Real Estate Tycoons Held in Shocking Serial Rape Case

Real estate moguls Oren and Alon Alexander face serious allegations of sexual assault and trafficking.

Real estate moguls Oren and Alon Alexander face serious allegations of sexual assault and trafficking.

The high-flying careers of luxury real estate moguls Oren and Alon Alexander have come to a crashing halt as they face grave allegations of sexual assault and trafficking. The 37-year-old twin brothers, known for brokering deals for billionaires, were denied bail during a Florida court hearing on December 12. A division judge is expected to decide on their bail status in the next few days.

The brothers, alongside their elder sibling Tal Alexander, 38, were arrested in Miami following a federal indictment from New York authorities. The charges allege a decade-long conspiracy to drug, rape, and sexually assault dozens of women, painting a dark picture of abuse under the guise of glamour and wealth.

Prosecutors claim the Alexanders used elaborate schemes involving dating apps, social media, and party planners to lure women to exclusive events. Victims were allegedly drugged, coerced, and assaulted in scenarios orchestrated by the brothers, who reportedly ensured the women met specific appearance standards before targeting them.

Among the allegations detailed by Florida State Attorney Katherine Rundle is a particularly harrowing incident involving a family member, Ohad Fisherman. Prosecutors allege Fisherman restrained a woman while the twins raped her in a locked room. Fisherman, also a real estate professional, remains at large.

In court, Oren Alexander made an emotional plea to attend the birth of his child, with his wife in the final stages of pregnancy. However, the judge denied the request, citing the severity of the charges and the brothers’ potential flight risk.

This scandal has rocked the luxury real estate world, where the Alexanders were celebrated figures. Co-founders of Official, a firm specializing in ultra-high-end properties in cities like New York and Miami, they catered to a billionaire clientele and helped shape the market’s top tier. Alon Alexander also leads Kent Security Services, the family’s private security business.

The brothers’ attorneys have vehemently denied the charges, claiming their clients will fight to clear their names. Alon’s lawyer, Isabelle Kirshner, announced plans to plead not guilty, while Oren’s legal team expressed confidence in a full acquittal.

The accusations, however, cast a shadow over their once-lustrous reputations, leaving both the industry and the public stunned. As details of this sensational case unfold, the fallout could redefine the Alexanders’ legacy—not as real estate titans but as perpetrators of a shocking web of exploitation.
