A homeless woman’s protestations that she and her beau were just “making out” are cutting no ice with cops in Florida after the couple were discovered in a compromising position last week inside a children’s playground.
The carefree lovers, Sharon Finlay, 52, and Germain Jackson, 44, were arrested Friday after an officer found them at the Pocahontas Park in Vero Beach, about 34 miles north of Port St. Lucie
The cop was responding to reports of a homeless couple having sex in the playground, according to newly obtained arrest documents.
The officer found the couple in the children’s crawling tunnel engaging in what appeared to be oral sex, according to an arrest affidavit first reported by The Smoking Gun.
The document states that Finlay was “laying on her back face up, with her jean shorts pulled around her ankles (nude) with her legs spread apart and vagina exposed.”
Jackson was described as being atop Finlay “with his face within [her] crotch area.”
He has admitted to the sex act. However, Finlay — or Finn, as she’s referred to in the affidavit — said they were just “making out,” according to the document.
The responding officer then wrote that they saw an open half-empty container of Four Loko Gold, a nearly empty bottle of Gulf Crest vodka, and another sealed Four Loko Gold, beside the couple.
“We were both drinking the Four Loko and the vodka, you only live once,” Finlay reportedly told the officer, according to the affidavit.
The two were arrested that morning for possession of an open container, according to the document.
Online records show that bail for both Finlay and Jackson is set at $500 and they are scheduled for court early next month.
