Florida man beats up boyfriend after being caught ‘humping’ their dog: report

John Miller faces charges over assault that allegedly began when his partner saw him abusing their pooch.

A Florida sicko is seriously in the dog house after he was allegedly caught violating his and his boyfriend’s four-legged friend and decided offense was the best defense.

John Miller, 33, was arrested on November 11 after a fight with his 58-year-old beau that allegedly began when he was caught “humping” the couple’s canine at their home in Milton, a city outside Pensacola.

Miller and his partner “have been dating for approximately five years, and live together,” cops noted in an arrest report obtained by The Smoking Gun.

The victim said he confronted Miller over his twisted penchant for pooches only to become the subject of the suspect’s ire.

Miller allegedly attacked his boyfriend, who was not named, punching him in the head and upper body.

A sheriff’s deputy registered in the arrest report that the victim had a fresh cut on his neck and red marks on his chest.

The victim’s 88-year-old mother, who owns the home, told cops she saw Miller battering her son and smashing up items in the residence.

The victim said that Miller grabbed a knife and “threatened to stab and kill him” before fleeing the scene.

Miller was found by Santa Rosa County deputies shortly afterwards and taken into custody.

He claimed after his arrest that his boyfriend had in fact initiated the violence, attacking him in the garage with “a metal rod of some kind” after Miller caught him “looking at boys in their underwear on Instagram.”

Miller was booked into Santa Rosa County Jail on charges of aggravated assault, domestic battery and criminal mischief.

He is being held in lieu of a $7,000 bond and is set to be arraigned on December 9.
