Florida mom tries to pee on cops as they arrest her

Woman goes on a cocaine-fueled rampage, hitting a man with her BMW, then later assaults arresting deputies.

She may be grinning in the police mugshot, but it seems there are some serious demons lurking beneath that smile.

A young woman in Florida is facing multiple charges after being accused of hitting a gentleman acquaintance with her car and, in a separate incident, attacking cops who were trying to restrain and arrest her.

Serina Probus, 20 years old, has been charged with domestic violence and battery over a New Year’s meltdown and was later accused of hitting a man with her BMW back in October. However, Probus has said that she was too high on cocaine to remember the incident with her car.

Probus, of Brooksville in Pasco County, was first arrested around 12:30 a.m. on January 1. According to arrest reports, she was intoxicated after drinking during New Year’s Eve celebrations when she attempted to drive from her sister-in-law’s home with her 6-month-old baby. Her sister-in-law tried to stop her from leaving with the child and wrapped her arms around Probus. Probus then bit her sister-in-law on the hand.

After police were called, the drunk woman then appeared to lose control completely.  According to deputies, she cursed at the officers and attempted to kick out a window in the patrol vehicle.

As she was being restrained, deputies said she tried to pee on them, then spat on them once she was in the car.

While in jail on the misdemeanor charge of domestic violence and felony charge of battery on a law enforcement officer, Probus was charged with a felony count of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon in connection to the separate incident from October where deputies said she hit a man with her BMW SUV.

But, apparently, she does have a heart as she did drive the man to the hospital afterward.

According to the police reports, Probus and the man were spending time together in a bar in Pasco on the evening Oct. 10. The two began to argue through the driver’s side window of the black SUV as Probus sat in the driver’s seat.

Deputies said the man went to leave and Probus sped up as he walked in front of the BMW, hitting him at about 15 mph and sending him onto the hood as she drove. She braked and he fell onto the concrete. Then she kindly drove him to the hospital.

The troubled woman is currently being held in the Pasco County Jail.
