Waffle House worker batters customer in wild video

A worker at a Waffle House outside Atlanta has been filmed for posterity serving a problem customer an item not listed on the menu – an old-fashioned dough-free beating.

The uniformed employee is seen in wild viral footage honing his boxing skills as he throws out a man for bothering other customers.

The video, which has racked up 3.1 million views on Twitter since being posted early Sunday, shows a man in an orange T-shirt arguing with women at a counter at a branch of the restaurant chain on Buford Highway in Georgia.

“Waffle House on Buford Hwy was turnt,” the video’s caption reads.

As the argument progresses, one woman places her hand in front of the man’s face before a second woman joins in, telling the pesky male customer to “just be easy.”

The crazy clip then cuts to show a man in a Waffle House uniform dragging the male customer to the door by his shirt collar before the pair trade ferocious blows.

At one point in the bruising exchange, the Waffle House worker sends the man to the floor before the latter regains his footing.

For some Twitter users, the video merely reinforced the view that workers at the restaurant are not to be messed with.

“Waffle House employee training program must come with self-defense lessons cause they don’t ever lose a fight,” one tweet read.

“Waffle House employees are the undefeated heavyweight champions of the world,” another viewer wrote.

It’s not clear exactly where the impromptu bout took place. Waffle House has four locations on Burford Highway in metro Atlanta, according to the company’s website.
